I received unbelievable service on the repair of my Genesis GV80 after it was in a minor accident. I was given a brand new 2023 GV80 loaner to use while the repairs were being made. In no time at all the valet service was returning my car washed and looking brand new. I have owned Mercedes, Audi’s and BMW’s and never had service that compared. Crappiest new car warranty service ever. They claim they cannot fund the very obvious rattle under the car even after I showed them where it's coming from. Said they would have to contact Hyundai service tech for explanation. Tha was 4 months ago, and they never called me back with the results. Service lines message box always full because they won't empty it because then they would have to talk to a customer about their vehicle. Whoever the overall manager of this dealership is should be fired. He/she couldn't care less about after sales warranty service. I like the vehicle I just think the lazy service repair people should be replaced or at least properly trained how to repair the vehicles. Oh, another thing, they tried to get me to commit to pay $160.00 before they would take the vehicle in for warranty work saying it might be damage, I caused. More
