I do not believe they deserve more than 1 star for their customer services. Made an appointment but have to check it again one or two weeks later for availability; the manager, Donnie Ellis, did not even pr customer services. Made an appointment but have to check it again one or two weeks later for availability; the manager, Donnie Ellis, did not even provide any waiting list. Just check again until there is an available spot by calling them everyday. I am not sure what to say any more. More

A awesome staff, very knowledgeable of everything all things Genesis/ Hyundai. Courteous, considerate ,reliable when it comes to anything that needed to be done. These guys took out the time to not only listen but heard my concerns and the things that I desired for my new car, I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to come to the Genesis Hyundai dealership in Torrance and fine a group of people who look out for you to help you. 😀 outstanding group, whoever trained them knew exactly what they were doing.
