Brett C. VERIFIED CUSTOMER I have had ongoing warranty issues with Hyundai at least since October 2022. The dealership never returns my calls and always says it's up to Hyundai corporate to approve work that should be covered by the extended warranty. For the love of god, somebody return my calls and make me a happy customer. The car is fantastic, we love it but the warranty experience is horrible... at least return my calls... someone, some how.. It just feels like Hyundai is either ignoring me, doesn't care about me or is trying to run out the clock on warranty service. I really don't want to talk to an attorney or the state to report it but I feel it's getting to that point. I've been holding off on this review since my last service in case the dealership or Hyundai corporate to actually makes an attempt to contact me after repeated calls... maybe this will get someone's attention... Gloria Yang, dealership service manager... anyone care?
