The process was very lengthy (5 hours) I was trying to get my new CR-V for the sale price which would have afforded payments under or around $300, instead, my payments went up to almost $500. Was asked get my new CR-V for the sale price which would have afforded payments under or around $300, instead, my payments went up to almost $500. Was asked to return so that Charlie, the finance manager could recalculate my payments which went down $2. For me, even though the salesmen were very nice and courteous, I don’t feel I got a good deal as I had on my previous lease.🤷🏻♀️ More

ADAM was AWESOME! He found that my extended warranty covered the electrical malfunction in the vehicle, thus saving me about $700! Sierra Honda is exemplary! Adam Lopez is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He provided me with all the information I needed in an easy to understand manner. They also offer financing for larger repairs when needed, and they prioriteze necessary repairs over those that could be delayed. Adam ensured I received the best discount available. Although I live 18 miles from Sierra Honda Monrovia, I choose this over the dealership 2.5 miles from home brcause I know Sierra is reliable and I trust them for my vehicle needs. It's an incentive to have professional courtesy with Lyft service to and from my workplace which is closeby Sierra. Thank you! More
