Kevin in service, phenomenal. Always professional, receptive, and kind. I am discouraged by the technicians from my last service. The civic was not returned as I left it. Showed up for an appointment at 10:30 AM, and my car didn’t even get serviced until 2:45. At that point I just basically had a walk in. Car wasn’t even done until 4:30. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2009 Accord because online they had a coupon for $86.88. When I got there, I was informed that the coupon is for regular oil and synthetic is $25 more. Accord because online they had a coupon for $86.88. When I got there, I was informed that the coupon is for regular oil and synthetic is $25 more. They don't even stock regular oil. So the coupon was a bait and switch tactic to bring in customers with older vehicles to upsell them on a switch to synthetic oil. I'm giving 2 stars because service advisor Kevin was honest and efficient to work with. More
