I was originally looking at vehicles at Honda Pasadena but felt underwhelmed by the Sales Rep. Either he thought I wasn't going to purchase or he was just checked out for the day but honestly if you're go but felt underwhelmed by the Sales Rep. Since we were in the area I opted to drive over to Honda Monrovia instead, what a difference it made! I knew the vehicle I wanted, unfortunately they didn't have it at the time so I left my contact info and asked them to notify me if they received anything. Sure enough a few days later Roberto Tirado left me a message informing me that "my car" had come in, he even took a video of it. No lie it immediately felt like it was mine. I made an appointment a few days later, took It out for a test drive and asked my sales rep if we could see what I qualified for, Roberto offered me various options and avenues incase the car I wanted didn't workout for me. He was great, listened to what I needed and was extremely helpful and informative. After being approved for a loan I was paired up with Armando in the Finance Department. From there Armando Valdez went through all the paperwork, he let me address concerns/ questions and remained extremely patient. He knew I was nervous but didn't rush me through anything. In total, I was there about 3 hrs but it went by fast. Not once did I feel like I had to purchase something... I was really happy about my experience. Highly recommend visiting this location for anyone interested in purchasing a car. BEST SERVICE EVER! What an amazing experience I've had here at Sierra Honda of Monrovia purchasing my new car. I don't like haggling and spending all day at the dealer. I like to do my research, contact the dealer and get the of Monrovia purchasing my new car. I don't like haggling and spending all day at the dealer. I like to do my research, contact the dealer and get the best offer I can. If everything checks out, I can go in and sign and be done with it. I've had a couple dealers pull the bait and switch on me which was quite upsetting and a waste of time. Armado Valdez from Sierra Honda had first reached out to me by text and within a couple of messages he offered me the best price he could. He called me to confirm the details of the offer and to make sure I understood everything he was saying as to not get details mixed up, he set an appointment for me with Karen Goodwin to test drive the car and complete the paperwork. I was at the dealer within the hour. From the moment I walked in the dealer to when I left, I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't need nor was I attempted on to upgrade my purchase. There weren't any changes of price, terms or issues with the processing of the paperwork. I was in the finance department signing paperwork less than an hour after test driving the car and within the next hour I was driving my new car home. It was slightly raining on the day I went to purchase the vehicle, so I didn't get to fully look at the car in as much spec and detail as I normally would. A few days later I noticed that my rear passenger door wasn't aligned correctly when closed and thought I would have an issue with getting this factory issue taken care of. Nope! Armando and Karen were there first hand from the start to make sure my car got back to the dealer and was taken care of in no time. They even offered me a Lyft to get to and from home so I didn't have to inconvenience anyone driving me back and forth in traffic. At the end, my car was fully detailed and was given a full tank of gas for the inconvenience. Wow! I truly had an amazing experience and would recommend anyone and everyone looking to purchase a new car to get your best offer and service from Sierra Honda of Monrovia. However, I had anticipated ahead of time that it will be a long process and I take it all back, I had my numbers in mind and I am hoping this will be my last Honda DeaIer after two weeks of searching and we can strike a deal.
