Three years later I thought that I'd reach out to him for some guidance while I go through the process again and he more than met my expectations in helping me find the car I wanted at a rate I could afford. It was a particularly busy day at the dealership as well and I didn't have the chance to get out of there until 9 and afterwards, Jeff even drove my car to my home (while I drove my previous vehicle) to make sure that I was able to enjoy my car immediately.
