Treated with respect and without pressure When I stopped by the dealership to take a look at the new 2018 Honda Accord EX sedan, I merely wanted to sit in one, and possibly take it for a test When I stopped by the dealership to take a look at the new 2018 Honda Accord EX sedan, I merely wanted to sit in one, and possibly take it for a test drive. I still had a few months left on my Ford lease and was eager to figure out which car would replace it. Jeff Stevens had helped some friends of mine lease a car a few years back and I remembered him when he shook my hand and introduced himself. I, too, had leased a couple cars from Sierra in the past and had always had a good experience. But Jeff was very congenial and did not pressure me in the slightest. After showing me a couple Accords, we took a test drive. My mind was made up. But again, I wasn't in a rush since I had time left on my lease. Jeff patiently helped me compare value, safety, and options, and simply offered to see if the numbers made sense. I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that Jeff was able to work out a payment I was happy with. My time in the finance department was short and pleasant - they really have this down to a science. In just a few hours I had gone from exploring my options to swapping car keys and driving away in my shiny new, high tech Accord. I would highly recommend giving Jeff a call when you are ready to lease or purchase your next car. Or even if you're a few months from doing so - like I was! More

Upon my arrival I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Sierra Honda in Monrovia. Jordan Blueford was the sales associate who assisted with my purchase. Upon my arrival, Jordan was quick to ask if I needed assistance. I told him the model I was looking for and he quickly searched the dealer inventory to find the car. It was located at an adjacent lot. He asked if it would be ok for me to wait 10-15 minutes while he went to get the car. Jordan quickly found the vehicle and we went for a test drive. He provided good information about the vehicle and answered all my questions about the car’s features. Jordan was very professional and was not pushy or salesy. We negotiated a fair price and I drove the car home that night. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Sierra Honda and would recommend this dealership. More
