The reason for my 5 star rating is the level of service received from David Kirby internet sales manager and Ruben Lopez in finance. I was guided to Sierra Honda by CarPro USA and I see why. From the momen received from David Kirby internet sales manager and Ruben Lopez in finance. I was guided to Sierra Honda by CarPro USA and I see why. From the moment David reached out to me over the phone to signing paperwork in the dealership, he made it quick and painless. Ruben in finance took time to talk with me and my wife and made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood what we were signing. He was very personable and friendly. And getting back to David, he took time to explain the most important features of the car. This was a big deal because it was my first new purchase since 2002. So he was very patient, kind, and understanding. He made sure that I knew the essential functions of the car and then explained where I could get more information. All in all, my experience with Sierra Honda was top notch! I would recommend them to anyone! More
