We purchased a new Honda and traded in an old car with Richard Jaturongpanich at Sierra Honda, and we would highly recommend him and Sierra Honda! We did a lot of research and shopped around, and Richard Richard Jaturongpanich at Sierra Honda, and we would highly recommend him and Sierra Honda! We did a lot of research and shopped around, and Richard consistently provided the best price/offer. Most importantly, he was true to his word and there were no hidden fees or last minute unwanted "surprises" like dealer add-ons, which we did find at some of the other dealerships. We visited once to test drive the car and get a value on our trade-in, then we negotiated the final deal by text/email. When we showed up to purchase the car, Richard was 100% prepared with all the paperwork, the car we had discussed (which he had washed and ready to go for us), and everything was super smooth. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Richard was also very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to walk us through all the features both during the test drive and after we made the purchase. He was always very polite, professional, respectful and honest, and was not pushy. We then worked with the finance manager Ruben Lopez, who was similarly friendly, professional and respectful. While I don't think anyone loves the process of buying a new car, our interactions with Richard and Sierra Honda were great. Thank you Richard! More
