I never leave reviews, but am making an exception because of how bad this dealership was. I had emailed and spoken with Karen Goodwin several times about a preowned Honda HRV before she lured me to the store of how bad this dealership was. I had emailed and spoken with Karen Goodwin several times about a preowned Honda HRV before she lured me to the store claiming they just got a huge shipment of suitable cars. This turned out to be a lie, because all of these cars were new, not preowned. They did have a preowned HRV, which I had previously declined to come in for, because it did not fit my criteria, but, since I was there now, I ended up testdriving it anyway. It was supposedly Honda-certified preowned, but looked like a piece of junk. What's more, the price for it ended up being thousands more, because of dealership accessories, which Karen had assured me their dealership does not have! In person, she claimed to my face to never have said this and when shown her own email in writing, claimed someone else must have written it from her account! This place is a fraud, stay away! More
