My car had an a/c recall or better put a warranty extension. When I arrived at dealership for repair I was informed that I might be charged a $380.00 diagnostic fee if my a/c problem is something oth extension. This is some seriously f'up predatory behavior. Regardless of outcome I won't be coming back to this dealership for any reason. Also of note, I was told on phone when arranging appointment it shouldn't take more than a few hours for repair, upon arrival I was informed by staff it could take all day. They simply don't give a flying f' about you. More

My 2013 Honda was serviced and less then 10 later I started having spongy brake issues. I went back for a diagnostic and was told someone put the wrong type of fluid or liquid in the braking system. The technician denied making the error and Honda refuse to correct the issue. They told me my brake system is now deteriorating. Many reviews indicate Honda owners are having multiple issues with their vehicles and are receiving poor service. Customer service concerns seems nonexistent, "it's not their problem". Nice talk but no assistance, help or relief given. Customer service actually told me to take my vehicle somewhere else for service. More
Tried to schedule for an oil/filter change but was told they could only do with a multipoint inspection, brake check, tire check, fluid check and lights check and that it would be $58.92. My child takes the vehicle in as it's currently out of state and I ended up being charged $72.44, not the $58.92 mentioned. I called and spoke with Mike the service advisor and he claimed he had asked my child if a tire rotation was wanted and that he had said 'yes'. My child didn't agree to anything additional being done other than what the appointment was for. If someone makes an appointment for "X" don't change it to "Y" when a kid brings it in. All I wanted in the first place was an oil/filter change, and nothing more. That evening, I received an e-mail from the dealership for the same services they charged me for but for the special price of $55.55. ??? Besides the upsell, I was told by my child and his friend who had brought the car in that Mike was a bit of a jerk asking where the car had been purchased, and even though Mike was told in a different state, he later insisted my child had told him it had been purchased there at Shottenkirk. Uh, Okay....... I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO YOU AGAIN More
Labor charges are for how long their book says the work should take, not the actual hours worked to complete the job. Charged me 2.5 hours of labor for a 40 minute job which equated to $400 for 40 minutes should take, not the actual hours worked to complete the job. Took CR-V in for 30k miles, $400+ check up. Got a call from back in a couple of hours. "My tires are worn out and they can do it for $800." With 7 Hondas in my immediate family we have had considerble trust in the brand. This is unacceptable... and when they failed to put a little thing like the oil change sticker on the windshield, it makes me wonder what else did they ignore. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? More

Long wait I was promised an hour and a half wait for a service. It took over 3 and a half hours, so I was unable to get the car wash I had paid for in my purch I was promised an hour and a half wait for a service. It took over 3 and a half hours, so I was unable to get the car wash I had paid for in my purchase package. I was charged for an oil change even though I had bought the car wash /oil change package when I bought the car. When I later returned for the car wash it was unsatisfactory. I called the dealership and spoke to their finance manager about getting out of the package contract. He promised to call me back the next day but he did not do so. More

We trust Scott, he has always provided accurate estimates of what the vehicle needs to include cost and when work will be completed. My thanks and compliments also extends to the professionals in the shop. As a Honda owner since 1992, Scott and the service department are a major reason we continue to return to Damson's.
