Up to date with digital communication. walk-in oil change apparently no longer available. Not a problem. Outstanding notification and reminder of appointment. However even with an appointm walk-in oil change apparently no longer available. Not a problem. Outstanding notification and reminder of appointment. However even with an appointment estimated time to conduct oil change was 1.5 hrs. Alerted of oil leak but could not diagnose where the leak was coming from; that required a $80 diagnostic exam although it would require a separate visit (quick change not capable). ☹️ More
