I went to the service to get my car serviced and get a couple of items corrected. They were not concerned that this was a warranty job, but instead took my vehicle and completed the service and corrected couple of items corrected. I am pleased with the actual mechanical service, I got an oil change and tire rotation. This service was in and out within an hour, great. However with this being my first time for service at this dealership I was not aware of what I needed to do to initiate my interactions with the dealership. I pulled up outside the service drive, not knowing I needed to drive into the service lane. I sat for a while until I called the dealership and asked what I should be doing. Once instructed to drive into the service lane my service started and it was fine. I did ask for the car wash offer as I had an email coupon, I mentioned it in my reservation and to the service advisor. I go to collect my car and it was still dirty having not been washed. A simple thing to miss, but also annoying it was missed because of how simple it was to remember. I put a note in the reservation and told the advisor when I dropped it off. More
