This dealer is fairly typical of high-volume dealers, from what I know. I will say they were great to greet me when I arrived, and we were able to work through minor issues during the process of our pic from what I know. I went to a local dealer in my neighboring home town and walked around the lot for close to 30 minutes and not one salesperson came to offer any assistance. Chris Lopez is a pleasure to deal with and he was responsive to our needs as the deal progressed. There were minor challenges, probably due to my not having purchased a brand new car in a very long time, but we worked through them. If I buy a new Honda again I'd definitely consider returning to Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. More

The experience I had was refreshing. I checked in my vehicle, had a seat in the lounge, and my SUV was ready before I knew it. I had an appointment at 10:45 and I left 12:15 after getting my car looks at for an issue I’m having. I didn’t anticipate the very expensive quote , but I appreciate the look over of my vehicle. I did not understand the extra fees added to my bill for $ 16.50 misc. charge and another $ 5.48 charge for a serv fee on my credit card. 2.) I really did not appreciate the large grease footprints on the carpet mat in my vehicle. This will take a good amount of scrubbing to come clean. ( I took a photo and will email the service dept manager) More
