This dealer is fairly typical of high-volume dealers, from what I know. I will say they were great to greet me when I arrived, and we were able to work through minor issues during the process of our pic from what I know. There were minor challenges, probably due to my not having purchased a brand new car in a very long time, but we worked through them.
