Very deceptive business practices. They lie and push overpriced warranties and maintenance plans. They misrepresent the costs. State that they are mandatory. STAY AWAY! More

Just received a call from the management. I asked for verification that the overpriced protection plans would be refunded, the amount and time line. They responded with a condescending "there, there little lady" attitude. When I told them I had no time for their "sweet talk", they started again to give me double talk about the documentation I requested. Can't believe a word they say. So much for wanting to get to the bottom of the issue.
