Sales process went well. Was unaware of their $1995 package on my CR-V on top of the $895 “no worries” product. The &2995 add-on was not mentioned on their website which is in violation of FTc regulations. Finance office portion of the transaction was quite unpleasant. I would look elsewhere for purchasing your Honda. My first oil change went very smoothly. More
