Direct eye contact and smiles all around made me feel comfortable and when I was ready to talk with someone, it was like Billy had read my mind. Such a friendly and knowledgeable guy. He went above and beyond and spent several hours with me even though I was just looking. When it comes down to it, I went to the dealership to see what was on the lot and I ended up leaving with the exact vehicle I had been researching.
