I had an appointment at 10:45 and I left 12:15 after getting my car looks at for an issue I’m having. I didn’t anticipate the very expensive quote , but I appreciate the look over of my vehicle. I did not understand the extra fees added to my bill for $ 16.50 misc. charge and another $ 5.48 charge for a serv fee on my credit card. 2.) I really did not appreciate the large grease footprints on the carpet mat in my vehicle. This will take a good amount of scrubbing to come clean. ( I took a photo and will email the service dept manager) More

We have a Honda dealership less than three miles from our house. But, we are willing to drive to Shottenkirk BECAUSE of the fabulous guidance we receive from Kevin Etters.
