My reason for downgrading the price category to a 4 is because I purchased the hybrid I wanted but without getting the lower price quoted to me at two other dealerships. Nevertheless, I made the decision to go with Sheehy's offer based on location and the confidence and trust Shandrial won from me. Extensive research hinted this might be the case, but it became clear on our visit that Paul LaRochelle's organization was among the best, especially Shandrial Hudson, our host. I am reluctant to call her our sales person, as she went far beyond selling us the vehicle we desired at a reasonable price. She made our visit an enjoyable experience and set a benchmark for service that would seem difficult to exceed. We spent a beautiful Annapolis sunny morning with her driving and learning about the Lexus product. When hunger interrupted, my wife and I enjoyed discussing our impressions over a Kent Island lunch. When we returned relaxed and refreshed with more questions and request for accommodations, Shandrial again exceeded our expectations and ultimately earned our business. She coordinated preparation of our new car and personally delivered it to our home in Virginia on the date we requested. She and Micky Ryder expeditiously acquired our VA title and plates and made sure we received them via overnight delivery. Shandrial even Fedexed us hardware when it was discovered missing from the car. Kinda good that mishap, as it showed that Sheehy was going to serve us my making it right. We are now enjoying our Lexus and are confident that Paul and his organization will be there to assure a continued pleasant experience and maintain a quality product. More

Chris was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the hybrid and all of its technical components. He took the time to ensure that I understood the all aspects of the SUV's functionality, which is half t hybrid and all of its technical components.
