The entire process from working on a price prior to purchasing my first Lexus vehicle, to working on a price for my trade in, to actually purchasing the car and having all my questions answered, to hav purchasing my first Lexus vehicle, to working on a price for my trade in, to actually purchasing the car and having all my questions answered, to having my first service done has been IMPECCABLE. I could not fathom having this type of exemplary customer service at a BMW or even an Acura dealership. The Annapolis dealership representatives were truly helpful and went much beyond necessary to answer all my questions, and continue to do so even after purchasing my new car. The valet service is just superb. It is complimentary and Jack Melchak (the valet rep) has just been an absolute pleasure to work with and has gone beyond necessary to make sure I was comfortable with the time/date/location of the pickup of my car for the valet and the drop off. I don't think I will ever go back to any other car make ever again! More

The overall experience was good. Here is one thing that bothered me. I bought 2 cars within 1 week. The afternoon after I bought the second car (I picked the car up at noon), I received a promotional email bothered me. I bought 2 cars within 1 week. The afternoon after I bought the second car (I picked the car up at noon), I received a promotional email saying if I bought the car that day or within the next couple of weeks the dealership would give me a dinner gift certificate. When I was at the dealership they never mentioned the gift certificate. I called and asked what was up and then they said we qualified. My thoughts are that they should have given up the certificate without me having to ask. More

Rachael Holderied,my sales associate,was very thorough and worked out a good deal for me with a trade in. After a few weeks,I had a minor mechanical problem with the truck and after returning the truck for service,I decided to request an upgrade to a new truck . Rachael introduced me to Paul Larochelle,the manager,who was very supportive and worked out a very good deal for me on a new 2009 LX470. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed. Rachael has kept in contact to make sure my experience has been a pleasnt one. We continue to have our service at this dealership and are impressed by their dedicated and responsive staff. We have referred several of our friends to this dealership and plan to have a long relationship with Lexus of Annapolis. More
When I set out to purchase my new RX, I knew exactly what I wanted. I had done extensive research, narrowed down the field of choices, and settled on the make, model, and features that best met my needs. W I wanted. When I began to visit Lexus dealerships in the Washington, DC area, I was really just looking to validate the choice I had already made. The car certainly did not disappoint; unfortunately, the first two dealerships that I visited certainly DID. I had given up on finding a Lexus dealership that would give me the level of service I was expecting, but then a sales consultant from Sheehy Lexus contacted me, and everything changed. Shandrial Hudson handles internet sales for Sheehy Lexus, and she received my contact information through the USAA Car Buying Service. She invited me to the dealership for a test drive, and my whole Lexus experience changed. By contrast, the sales associate at the first dealership I visited has never called me back--and I gave him my information personally! I had already placed a refundable deposit with a second dealership when I met Shandrial for a test drive after work a few days after she called, but I ended up asking for my deposit back from the second dealership when Shandrial was able to find me my car sooner. I knew that I would have to order the specific color/feature combination that I wanted, and I knew that I might have to wait a month or two for my new car. When you're in a waiting situation, the most important thing that a dealer can provide is frequent status updates. Shandrial understood how difficult it is to wait--especially if you don't yet have a guaranteed delivery date! Shandrial called or emailed me with regular status updates, and she responded to all of my questions swiftly and patiently. Unlike with the second dealership, I never for a moment questioned whether Sheehy Lexus was really doing everything possible to find my car as soon as possible. They placed an order, yes, but they also monitored inventory listings and called other dealerships to make sure that the cars on their allocation listings were really reserved. When we learned that it would take more than a month for my car to arrive in the US, Shandrial talked to her manager, and the dealership offered to provide me with a loaner car while I waited. It was so wonderful to be able to drive a new RX while I waited for my new RXhybrid to arrive, and it really demonstrated Sheehy's commitment to customer service. When my car was finally delivered, Shandrial personally drove the car 70 miles from the dealership in Annapolis to Frederick, MD, to deliver the car to me at home on a Friday evening. She took the time to go over all of the features of the car, and I was very impressed with her knowledge of every system, every button, and every setting on the RX. She pointed out features that I didn't even think to ask about, and even though she never needed to refer to the manual for any of my questions, she made sure that I knew where to look in case I had questions later. Shandrial even called me the next day to see how everything was going with my new car, and she has sent several follow up emails and paper letters. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Shandrial and with Sheehy Lexus. My first two service appointments have been flawless, and I am looking forward to many years of regular visits to Sheehy Lexus. This was not my first new car purchase, but it certainly has been the best new car buying experience that I've ever had. More

As a 1st time Lexus buyer, I "built" my RX350 on-line and asked for a quote. As an internet sales manager, Shandrial contacted me and stated she had the vehicle in stock.I asked many questions about the RX35 asked for a quote. As an internet sales manager, Shandrial contacted me and stated she had the vehicle in stock.I asked many questions about the RX350 and Shandial answered all of them and provided information that helped me to make a decision. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to work around my schedule and she always got back to me on my questions. I did not feel pressured to buy it "now". I did go to the dealership and meet with Shandrial and we went over all the features on the RX350 and then I test drove it. I did purchase it, and after all the paperwork, Shandrial showed me how to use the Navigation system and setup my cell phone to work and downloaded my contacts list. While I am tech savy, it would have taken me much longer than the few minutes it took her to do this for me. I was introduced to people at the dealership and everyone was very nice and willing to answer your questions. Shandrial did contact me after thepurcahse to ensure everything was fine and if I needed any assistance with anything. I was very pleased with the sales experience, and what would have made it even better, was if I could have recieved a higher price for my trade-in.....Overall I would encourage anyone looking for a Lexus, to contact Shandrial. AFter buying approximately 6 cars, all from Sheehy Lexus, since last February, I decided to buy an Infiniti. Although it was big and fit my family of four well, it was not the most comfortable vehicle in t since last February, I decided to buy an Infiniti. Although it was big and fit my family of four well, it was not the most comfortable vehicle in the world. So, with the arrival of the new GX460, back to Lexus I went. I went to the same salesperson and she showed me a nice looking GX. Since I had bought many cars from Rachael and from Sheehy, I knew what I was getting. When I bought the INfiniti, the dealership management was not what I thought it should be. Maybe I had been spoiled from Sheehy Lexus. For example, after test driving the INfiniti my wife and I were going to buy, another customer came in and was able to test drive the same vehicle. That should have told me something right there. Anyway, between the ride of the iNfiniti and the dealership experience, I traded my Infiniti in on the new GL460 after about 4 months. The ride on a Lexus is like nonother. It is the smoothest, most comfortable ride on the road. Again, Rachael took care of me. She was not pushy, and I actually thought about this purchase for about 4 days and not once did she call me to see if I was still thinking about it. I visited the dealership 3 times before actually saying yes. The one bad thing about this and it never happened before with this dealership and this has nothing to do with the salesperson. The price. I do not feel as if I got a great price as on all my other vehicles I purchased in the last year. I understand the vehicle is brand new and redesigned, but after doing the paperwork, this was the first time I felt as if they got the better deal. Will I buy another car from Sheehy Lexus, absolutely! Will it be longer before I buy another one...yes. Next time I will listen to my head more then my heart! However, do your homework and you will NOT be disappointed. Sheehy Lexus is a dealership in a class buy itself. I highly recommend Sheehy Lexus. A wonderful experience and it really is like being a member of an extended family. More

During the process of searching for a new vehicle, I dealt with several different dealerships and none of them compared to the service that Sheehy Lexus provided. At each step of the way, Ms. Hudson was very mindful of my concerns and needs. She was always upfront and never pressured me to make a purchase, but made it very clear that she wanted to earn my business and have me as part of the Sheehy family. She was very knowledgeable regarding the inventory and the specifications of the vehicles of interest. Ms. Hudson worked feverishly to close the deal and was more than willing to accommodate my needs without ever compromising her professionalism. I would highly recommend the services of Ms. Hudson and the quality provided by Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. More
