As soon as I walked into to Sheehy, Dave was there to greet me and immediately he made me feel comfortable with his warm and welcoming handshake. It was clear he knew about his cars and he wanted to know about what I was looking for. I now recommend Dave to all my friends, too. Dave is faithful about keeping in touch by mail - one of these days when it's time to buy again, I'll certaily call Dave. More

From my first visit to the delivership I have been amazed at the friendliness, customer service, and facilities. Once I located a certified vehicle that I liked, there were a couple of concerns and question at the friendliness, customer service, and facilities. Cory Stundard is an extremely helpful, patient, and sincere salesman! He went a step further and accompanied the driver when the car was delivered and gave my a thorough overview of the cars capabilities and even helped set up the garage door opener and bluetooth connection. I would not hesitate to buy another lexus and I would definitely want to work with Cory. I loved my experience with Lexus of Annapolis. My sales person (Chris Martin) was awesome with all aspects of the delivery of my RX 300. This is clearly a flagship Lexus Dealership. From the sales floor to the shop floor and especially to the professional staff, Sheehy Lexus has topped any car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in with a unique problem and a short schedule and they pulled out all the stops to make me a great deal. While I was under pressure to close a deal, the pressure didn't come from them. In fact, their support relaxed that pressure as we worked to a satisfying conclusion in a brief time. Cory welcomed us at the door and took us on a tour of the facility especially pointing out the service department and what they had to offer.
