Terrific Team and Customer Focused Dealership I went to Sheehy Lexus because it was the only place I could find anywhere in the area that has a customer-friendly, "no haggle "pricing policy. I also saw lots of very positive reviews from customers. Sheehy actually treats it customers like adults. The listed price is the same as the actual price. What's going on? Do they think customers don't want all of the disrespect, drama, and game playing of traditional car dealerships?!! Seriously, it was a pleasure to have this kind of car buying experience. My Sales Rep was Mr. Edward Jackson. You will enjoy his sincere and friendly approach, great sense of humor, and caring demeanor. Edward will take good care of you. Honorable mention also goes to Mr Johnny Salinas who was very gracious and helpful in getting a few items solved quickly and effectively. If you are looking for a dealership that will give you a warm, but entirely "no pressure" experience consider the good folks at Sheehy Lexus. I should also mention that in doing comparison shopping on price, I found the Sheehy price for the 2016 Lexus I purchased to be the best among all other dealerships. I am guessing it is because all of the "price padding" added by traditional dealerships to make customers think they are getting a big discount and great deal, are removed. Sheehy just starts out with their best price. It seems to me that is a win for everyone. More

Easiest car buying experience! For several weeks I was looking for a Lexus IS-F. 2011+, silver with about 60k miles. Finally found one at this dealer. I emailed them last Sunday ask For several weeks I was looking for a Lexus IS-F. 2011+, silver with about 60k miles. Finally found one at this dealer. I emailed them last Sunday asking for the extra pictures because I was over 200 miles away. The next day I was contacted by Scott Milligan. Told him I was located in NY and was very interested in the car but I needed more pictures. He said that was fine and was getting the car detailed because they had it for 2 days. He also said he would send me a video of the car. A couple of hours later we decided to take the trip down there. I contacted Scott and told him I'd be down there by 430PM. We arrived on said time and was immediately greeted by several employees. Was offered food/drinks while we waited. After a short wait Scott arrived since he was dealing with other clients. He was very nice and informative. Answered all of our questions. After a test drive I immediately knew I wanted the car. We started the paperwork and was taken to the finance directors office. Michele was so nice! Answered all of our questions/concerns as well. Everyone knows how hard buying a car can be, but this was the BEST car buying experience. Such an easy and smooth transaction. Everyone was nice to us regardless if we were dealing with them or not. Besides the Lexus we have an Infiniti. Once we're done with it I'm sure we'll be going with another Lexus. As soon as we're ready, I'm sure we'd take the drive down there again! Thanks Scott and Michele! More

I had been searching for a specific vehicle for quite awhile and found the car on t Edward Jackson was extremely helpful with the purchase of the car. I had been searching for a specific vehicle for quite awhile and found the car on the internet in the morning. I called prior to dealership opening and Edward answered the call. I had several questions as it did not appear the car description matched that of its photos. Edward sent additional pictures and a short video of the car, which was beyond what I had requested or expected. I live over an hour away and did not want to drive that far if the car did not have what I needed. Edward provided answers to all questions and I made the trip. Within an hour of arriving a deal had been made. The only issue I had with the entire process and had nothing to do with the Edward or other staff was the "doc fee". Seems that this fee is merely part of a process essential in the sale of a car and thus the price of doing business. Additionally the fee was added to the cost PRIOR to calculating tax. I do not believe the Maryland tax code allows for taxing of labor. Regardless the entire experience was very pleasant. Michelle in finance was straight forward and no nonsense. She knew I was interested in a Honda warranty and took the time to call a Honda partner to see if they could meet the price I had been quoted. Unfortunately the price could not be matched but it was quite nice that she made the effort. More
