After a long and exhaustive search throughout the industry for the best deal, I’m extremely pleased with having a made a decision selecting a car from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Suzanne Teta attention to detail made the process simple. Sheehy pricing was far more competitive than their competitors as has been noted by others. It was truly an enlightening experience. I will recommend Sheehy of Annapolis dealership to others in the future. This place is amazing. Not only is it a beautiful showroom, but everyone I came in contact with was nice and friendly. My finance manager Shandrial Hudson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and she made the buying process go smoothly. After phone discussions with three Lexus dea I recently completed the purchase of a Lexus and would like to take a moment to highlight my experience. After phone discussions with three Lexus dealers closer to our home in Silver Spring, MD, I spoke with Newton Gentry at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. As soon as I hung up the phone, I knew this was the dealership for me. I met Newton two days later at Sheehy and he continued to impress me with his total focus on my needs and interests, knowledge, advice/guidance, honesty and “can do” attitude. I would also like to compliment Johnny Salinas, Internet Sales Director, for truly outstanding service and taking a personal interest in the sales transaction. Johnny is a fellow, former Marine and I encourage any former Military car buyers to check in with him and Newton. Shawn, of the Finance Department, was also very helpful and professional in our dealings. Sheehy is a high quality and totally customer focused dealership. There is a great selection of new and used vehicles as well as a terrific service facility. They embody the Lexus brand tag line of “Experience Amazing”. Outstanding Dealership!!! We have been looking for a car for my daughter for a while. We can across a 2103 Ford escape that fit our criteria. I responded from the internet to s We have been looking for a car for my daughter for a while. We can across a 2103 Ford escape that fit our criteria. I responded from the internet to see if the car was still available, and Mr. Bowen Contacted me within an hour. When we arrived at the dealership , they were all about customer service. Everyone was there for you. We ended up purchasing the Ford Escape, Mr Bowen kept us informed thru our processing and into the financing dept. Mrs. Hudson in the financing department is very thorough and responsive to all questions. When we had finished the paperwork, Mr. Bowen had the car ready to go 100%. Even though the dealership is lexus oriented , Mr. Bowen is very knowledgeable with the vehicle. He made sure my daughter new how to work everything in the car and was comfortable with the car before we left the dealership. It doesn't matter what you are buying , the entire dealership is about customer service. If you need a New Vehicle make sure you visit Mr. Michael Bowen , and the sheehy dealership. I can say I have bought many cars from many different dealership and this was the BEST buying experience ever. More
Terrible Sales Experience I will just state the facts in chronological order: April 4, at 5:45 PM: I called the dealership on a Lexus LS 600hL they just posted online for sa I will just state the facts in chronological order: April 4, at 5:45 PM: I called the dealership on a Lexus LS 600hL they just posted online for sale and spoke to Elliott. I asked about the car and he said it is still available. I asked if I can put a deposit on the car and if he can hold it for me. He said we are a "first come first serve dealership." I agreed to the price of the car and asked what he would like me to do next. He said complete the finance application online to get financing for the car. I immediately completed the application. April 5 at 9:00: Elliott asked me to send over a copy of my driver's license and insurance card. I sent both over to him right away. April 5, at 10 AM. I called Elliott to see what rate he can get me for the car as I can get 4.3% at my local bank. He said the information is with the finance manager and that he will get back to me. April 5 at 12:00: I called Elliott again to see what the financing is looking like. He said I should be next with the finance manager. I was told that the finance manager is busy as they sell a lot of cars. April 5 at 2:00: I called Elliott again as I have a rental car ready to be picked up one way to Annapolis from Chicago for the next day. (I live in Illinois and would need to transport the car back to Chicago). He told me "I hope the car does not get sold during this process." I explained to him that if they had the intention of selling the car to someone else, then my credit should not be run. He informed me that they already ran my credit. I said "good, then we should know any minute now." He assured me he would call me back and even asked me what term I would want on the loan. April 5 at 4:00: I called Elliott as this is taking far too long. The car should have been purchased by noon today. Elliott did not answer. April 5 at 6:00: I called and asked to speak to the finance manager. I was sent to Barbara who told me that they ran my credit, I have a 750 credit score, and that I was approved for a 4.125% APR. She further asked if that is acceptable and if I would be using their financing. I said yes. April 5 at 7:00: I called yet again and now was told they have someone coming in at 9 AM the next day to look at the car locally. ARE YOU KIDDING???? I LOST IT!!! THEY RAN MY CREDIT AND ARE NOW SHOWING THE CAR THE NEXT DAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. YET THEY ARE A "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE DEALER." I called to speak to the general manager. Not available. I called to speak to the owner. Not available. NO RETURNED CALLS YET. NOW, here is what I believe happened: I believe that whomever is going to be there at 9 AM the next day is a friend of an owner, manager, or employee of the dealership. I don't care if you don't want to sell me the car for whatever reason, but HOW DARE YOU RUN MY CREDIT THEN WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO COME SEE THE CAR!!!!!!! More
The Worst Sales Experience EVER I called up Saturday and spoke with Newton the sales rep. He did an excellent job of telling me what I wanted to hear and trying to accomodate me. One on the )458 special and the other was a Luxury package so a little more. I get there Newton shied me the cars and everything was moving along. He went to the manager to get the numbers and no fault if his own presented me a figure if $549! He was trying to carve me $1750 under MSRP!!! xxx??!! He tried showing me the numbers with the $2509 manufacturers rebate and tried to say I was getting $4250 off of MSRP! Excuse me, I get the manufacturers rebate regardless. So in a 59k truck your only going to discount it $1750? JOKE! I AM NIT A DUCKER! So then I had to explain that I used to be a finance director for Toyota and that I had access to the invoice, money factor, residual, etc.., These guys except for my salesman Newton, are a bunch of crooks. Oh well, I will buy elsewhere. It's a shame that they did that since they are my local dealer. I will make sure to go to every review site to share me experience and definitely contact Lexus. Are these the kind if people you want representing your luxury brand? Very disappointed and will never recommend Sheehy and make sure to tell everyone and anyone! More
