Pushy Salesperson I called to get a quote on a specific vehicle. I was very honest with the salesperson which I am sure was my downfall. He immediately went into sales mode to push to bid on other vehicles other than the one I wanted. I explained my situation clearly and he continued to interrupt. Very disappointing because I went to this dealership based on reviews, and I am left disappointed. Good thing my money spends at other dealerships, because that is where I am heading. Nice job! More
Outstanding car buying experience! I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus at this dealership and it was a wonderful experience. The sales consultant, Shawn Ritter, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Before my visit, Mr. Ritter communicated openly with me and took time to really understand my needs/objectives. As a result, he was very prepared when I visited the office, which made the car buying experience a very enjoyable one. In fact, the process as a whole from test driving to purchasing was very efficient and "hassle" free, which is a tribute to the professionalism and skills of not only Mr. Ritter, but also the finance folks, Rachel Frost and Shawn Olsen. The team there at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis was first class and exceptional in every way. Well done, and thank you! More

Mike and the rest of the staff took their time to understand the requests of the customer while still getting us on the road in a timely matter. Even with the car not being a Lexus or Toyota, this dealer made sure to send the car out for a thorough inspection making it ready for resale. The Service shop provided excellent work ensuring i was back on the road with everything i needed. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. More
Maintenances at this dealership The worst service ever!!! First visit a mouse had chewed the wires under the hood, so we took it in they fixed it, and it happened again. They charge The worst service ever!!! First visit a mouse had chewed the wires under the hood, so we took it in they fixed it, and it happened again. They charged us $500 and we found out that the only thing they did was put electrical tape around the wires . The second time this happened we took a picture of it under the hood after we arrived there, they saw us and scurried around whispering. This time they went out and picked up rodent free wire covers and repaired it and still wanted to charge us another $500. The next three service visits they overcharged us for everything , terrible terrible terrible service, we've never experienced this ever before anywhere !!!! What a sham !! And RUDE!! More

His demeanor and professionalism was extremely noteworthy and deserves recognition. With the above in mind I am extremely disappointed in the price that was quoted for what I believe is outrageous. Lexus quoted $2100 to replace a section of the exhaust system which I declined. That same day I had the problem fixed by a muffler shop who replaced the section for $250. While I expect the dealership to be more expensive, this kind of price discrepancy truly appears to be gouging of a customer. It really makes me question the other work that we had done to the car by the dealership. More

You will be told how an individual sales person will provide client services but then cannot specify what the services are. You will be enticed to return to the dealership for continued negotiations without sufficient commitment on the dealership's part as to fair price. For people in Baltimore and around Baltimore, you will find more equitable deals in Baltimore area. There is no one person to single out, and I won't. It is an undesirable dealership approach in which mutually beneficial outcomes (fair to both sides) is not an option. More

He introduced us to Doug who gave us details on the deal. Chad supplied us with lunch while we waited. We ended up leaving due to another meeting and they were able to make arrangements to bring the car and the paperwork to our home! It's the little things that mean so much. Thank you Chad!
