Mike Bowen assisted us showing us all of the vehicles options and going with us for our test drive. He was supportive and attentive without being high-pressure. He followed up with us via e-mail. We loved the car, ES300h, and came back the next day to test the voice recognition and share some complications we had with the title of our trade-in. Mike said it wouldn’t be a problem and initiated the sale. Michele Mitchell followed up with the title issue and was able to process the purchase with our credit union. Sheehy Lexus is a top quality dealership, Mike Bowen was fantastic to work with and met all of our expectations and requests with friendly courtesy and professionalism. Michelle was excellent in helping with the financial aspects of the sale. We are happy Lexus owners and highly recommend Sheehy, Mike and Michelle! More

Come to find out the Sheehy Lexus didn't work with my bank and Lexus financing would cost me more, so I got up to leave. Jason (Salesman) and Michele (Finance Manager), tried every angle with my bank to make the deal in a round about way, but my bank wasn't having it. I wasn't expecting to drive away with a cool Lexus RC 400h, but Sheehy Lexus decided to sell the Lexus to Sheehy Infiniti (next door) since they did deal with my bank. Sheehy Lexus didn't make a dime off me, yet they honored their post sale commitments listed on their site. It was a very stand up thing to do, and I must say that Jason and Michele deserve a raise. Good work guys, I'll recommend your dealer to all my friends and family. More

Can't say enough good things about this dealership and the salesman who took care of us, Mike Bowen. Mike was attentive, informative and helpful all the way through the transaction, and even went the extra mile and delivered the car to us in Hagerstown. Before delivery there were a few scratches in the paint, and they took care of that and the car looks and drives like new. A truly satisfying experience in buying a car. More

One of my biggest complaints about auto purchasing is how long it takes and the pricing discussions back and forth between management, my salesperson and me. I have always felt like I was playing the "telephone" game as these negotiations went on. I asked Mike Bowen to run numbers for me and told him what my interests were. He was happy to help and worked quickly while my current vehicle was being serviced. I really enjoyed working with Lexus of Annapolis and look forward to working with them in the future. More

We own a 1996 Lexus LS400 with 234,000 miles on it and have suffered extremely few problems. Edward Jackson met us at the front door of Sheehy Lexus, showed us around, took us for a ride, and answered our questions honestly. Over the next several months, we returned with more questions and yet another ride. Edward stayed with us and kept his name in front of us but was never pushy. He developed my trust which, considering my previous experiences with car salesmen, says a lot. We finally bought a 2013 ES 350 last Nov. and are very pleased so far. His service has continued after the sale. I am impressed with the thoughtful customer treatment I have seen at Sheehy. It's the little things they do that cost them very little but show how much they appreciate their customers, from the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff to the almost club atmosphere of the service waiting area. It's the most pleasant experience I've had with an automobile dealer and I'm 80 years old. More
