2 hours for basic oil change that I get for free because I bought my car from them., I had a appointment, and I have never had this type of experience before today. All the other service techacame ou I bought my car from them., I had a appointment, and I have never had this type of experience before today. All the other service techacame out and gave updates to everyone else , as I waited and waited. FINALLY, went to front desk and asked what was taking so long and where is the guy that comes talks to me and says we are wrapping it up now??? . They said they would go ask, another 15 mins went by. Then she came back and said they are pulling it around, 10 mins later, i see my car. The service tech come in smiling, says all done, sign here.. I said are you kidding me, are you seriously smiling at me.. I have waited 2 hours dude, what the xxxx were you all doing. He said iam not sure what happened. Seriously . I bought a 40,000 PLUS dollar car and by time you all add this service plan and free oil changes, I end up owing over 50,000 ..and you are going to come at me with "Iam not sure." I am furious, not to mention no one called me and said hey I am sorry our service tech is to busy playing on his phone and scratching his xxx.... Iam so done with this company !!! More

It was after we signed the papers that our frustration began, and we learned that the car we purchased was not ready to leave the dealership. Management and the service department are now dragging thier feet on having the car ready, and have no concern for the inconvenience they are creating. If they were half as concerned with delivery of my vehicle as they were with taking my down payment, I'd be driving the car I purchased last Thursday, I'd be driving my car right now. More
Bought a car 3 years ago and since then , Service department is unorganized with scheduling and parts, sales has no communication with each other. Can’t get a call back to save a life. Still contacting me about asking my car when I’ve told 3 different employees I have sold my vehicle. Customer service needs to step it up and make sure to take care of the customer and no the sale. They are not great people, not easy to work with, have incompetent service technicians and do not stand by what they promise. They do not care. Do not go there, of course it will be weeks to get an appointment anyway. More

Had a bad experience at SMF. Went in with an advertised price of a new Ford F150 and during the negotiations it went up $4k. After questioning the increase I was rushed to the financial person who had me s price of a new Ford F150 and during the negotiations it went up $4k. After questioning the increase I was rushed to the financial person who had me sign the paperwork without disclosing the final price. Apparently it went up another $2k which I did not find out until I looked over the rest of of documents. I protested it and was told too late I had already signed the paperwork. Then the rudeness and runaround began. I won't trust another dealership because of my experiences by a scrupulous staff at this dealership. More
