I have bought several new vehicles from this dealership over the year. Today I went in to ask them how to move the back seat of my f150 they said a technician would have to look at in and it would cost me over the year. I have a sticker on my windshield that says I’m a preferred customer, I can’t imagine how they treat others The service person I spoke to was on the west side and back of the lack of service area. He was big guy about 250 pounds. Totally worthless Wish they had a rating lower than one More

TOTALLY a SCAM place to do business!!!!. We had a deal with the salesman on an F350 truck. We had to travel 3 hours and had a time set up to do paperwork, had a person reserved for us to do walk thru etc with the salesman on an F350 truck. WTH......I am a business owner too, and that is NOT the way I do business.!!!! These guys are WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!! RUN...ive talked to someone else this happened ed to from them too. Lots of fishy business ethics going on!!!!!!!!! More

They dont really care once the car is sold!! I purchased an F150 Lariat 10 months ago from Shawnee Mission Ford and this winter noticed the rear window defroster was not working. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at and repaired at 7:30 Friday morning. At 9:00 my service representative Joi came out to tell me they would have to get approval from Ford to have it repaired under warranty and that she was going to send it in. I asked her why it needed approval as itwas “under warranty” and she said they had to get approval so they could get reimbursed before they repaired it. I waited for another 45 minutes before I went to find her and asked about it. She said it could take “hours” to get a reply. I had to get to work so I asked her to call me when she heard back and I’d reschedule. With out dragging this out, simply said, they denied the repair and the dealership absolutely didn’t care and made NO effort to make anything right or help me out. Other than to tell me the repair cost was $950.00. It’s incredulous at how little they care or we’re willing to make any effort to make it right for their customer on a new purchase. They told me I could file an appeal and try and get approval. They weren’t going to do anything else about it. It’s not like this is a 4 year old truck, or I had abused it. I drive it part time. That’s just the service department. Buying the truck was a HUGE clusterf*** as well. Seriously, find another Ford dealership to do business with and save yourself the headaches. Shawnee Mission Ford is the epitome of everything you resent about the entire car buying experience. Its obvious they just really don’t care once it’s sold. More

Completely UNETHICAL!!! This is the most unethical dealership I have ever ever dealt with. We went in to take advantage of their "will pay you $4000 above the trade in value This is the most unethical dealership I have ever ever dealt with. We went in to take advantage of their "will pay you $4000 above the trade in value of your car". Our cars' trade in value on KBB is just North of $16K. So, according to their deal, they should have given us $20K in trade in value. Instead, they offered us 12K all in for our trade AND that the car we were buying (with a KBB value of just barely over $6K) they would sell to us for $11,987.00. WAIT... WHAT?? When I politely ask them to pull up the KBB on both cars, they did. And while they agreed to pay S the 20K for our car, they still wanted to charge us 12K for the one we were buying even though it was $6000 above KBB. They then asked us to come back on Monday to complete all the paperwork , citing that the car needed to be cleaned. That was literally the only truth they told. So fast forward to today. Guess who called to say they change their mind and planned to sell that car to an auction? SERIOUSLY THE MOST UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! I URGE ANYONE READING THIS TO SHARE. NO CAR BUYERS SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO THAT LEVEL OF PURE DECEIT AND LIES!! More

Trouble with front wheel bearings Took my Ranger in for complete brake service front and rear. Just took the truck to another mechanic for other work who said the wheel bearings were n Took my Ranger in for complete brake service front and rear. Just took the truck to another mechanic for other work who said the wheel bearings were not properly torqued and are loose. Also the brake fluid is dark brown and should have been flushed, Shawnee Ford never mentioned it. $570 for new brakes and front wheel bearings repacked. Not done properly. Will not be back. More
