Oil change and headlamp replacement I've used this dealership before as a body shop for my other cars such a Toyota for collision repair as it was recommended by our insurance. They do great work and are very clean and professional. This time I went to get an oil change for my Ford Fusion and that was done timely and quick. However the headlamp bulb replacentment for xenon light required much labor as one has to take off the entire front fascia just to get to the lights. This is a design flaw on fords part as this requires a professional to do it right. One they got it off and the bulb out it turns out Amazon sold me the wrong size (H7 vs H11) fitting that was meant for the high beams and not the low beams. This too is a flaw design as most cars use one standard for both lenses. Nevertheless, the process took two hours and for nothing as they don't sell aftermarket bulbs so the original had to be put back on and The Whole process was a waste of time and labor that cost me about a 100$ not including the oil change and tire rotation. It would be helpful if Ford listed the correct size on the front plastic covers so the serviceman can check the correct fittings before all the other work can begin. It was frustrating because I couldn't get a correct bulb from a retailer around before they had to put the front fascia back on which is labor intensive. It's hard to blame anyone person as the system is not set up to be flawless from automated checkout on Amazon rather than an actual rep to double check the correct listing to the manufacturers lack of ergonomic detail to avoid such wasted effort. Mostly, it's stupid how they designed the lighting system that requires such heavy labor intensive work just to switch out a bulb. So I was disappointed but only at the oversight, not the serviceman and sales rep who was nice enough to charge me less than the two hour labor which would've cost me much more. That was nice of her and she genuinely felt bad. Still, I recommend this dealership. More
