Had to bring in the car today for it's first oil change and much to my surprise service informed me that both filters needed to be replaced and that some rodent was building a nest in their! I immediately thought it must have occurred as a result of sitting on the lot for so long ( it was a 2015 we bought in Nov 2016). My service person did not necessarily agree. I thought it would have shown great customer service to replace them free of charge. She did not agree. The manager Jeff got involved and he said they would take care of it! Thanks so much Jeff! It would have been a terrible first visit to service if it had not been for you. Appreciate it! More
