We were met by a very friendly smile and welcoming handshake from Michael Khan and the relationship built from there. His knowledge and no pressure demeanor won us over, that and a wonderful deal not only on our new 2019 Kia Sorento with its great warranty but with the trade in of both our Ford vehicles that was very fair. Ed Shaker just happened to be at that dealership when we were there. This specifically is the 4th Kia Sportage we have owned. Obviously, we are huge fans of the product, but more importantly we are ENORMOUS fans of Shakers Kia. Alex Graziano had been our Shakers advisor for many years and we are happy to say that he is now our finance person at Shakers. Congrats on that Alex! He worked to make the transition to our new advisor painless! Not an easy feat with the trust and faith that I felt with Alex after all these years. But SUCCESS! Howard Danoff is now our new rep and we just LOVE him! Like Alex before him, Howard took the time to answer all of my questions, without any pressure to buy, which made my experience EXCELLENT! Howard took extra time with me to ensure that I understood how all of my car features operate which was wonderful as I was going to be traveling within just a few days of picking up my car. On a quick side note: Howard REALLY paid attention during my test drive. We were talking about my pet peeves and I said that mine was a dirty windshield. And although my car was expertly detailed prior to pick up, Howard PERSONALLY made sure the windshield was sparkling clean! Now that’s what I call EXPERT customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend Shakers Kia and cannot imagine purchasing a vehicle outside of the Shakers Family group of dealerships! More

Great Experience After driving to several other dealerships locally and out of state; my husband and I had come to the conclusion that we would not be able to find a d After driving to several other dealerships locally and out of state; my husband and I had come to the conclusion that we would not be able to find a dealership and car that would be a great fit for us. As we were heading home from a very. long day car shopping; I happen to see another dealership; Shaker Kia listed that I had not seen originally. On a whim, we swung by to see what Shaker was all about and we were so surprised! We were greeted right away and we were teamed up with Mike. He was very down to earth and answered all of our questions openly and honestly. He was the type of salesman that you want to deal with when going through such a tedious and sometimes stressful situation. Not only was dealing with Mike such a great experience, we also wanted to mention that we had a great experience with James, Nicole and Alex; who were all extremely frienedly, helpful and really worked with us on what we were looking for and what we felt comfortable with. We ended signing the paperwork that day and walked out of the dealership with a new car. It was such a positive experience that we will definitely recommend Shaker to anyone looking for a great dealership. Thank you to everyone again! More
