I leased my Kia Sorrento 2011 at another dealer whom gave me a btter price. I asked Mike to meet the monthly rate and he stated he could not. The other dealer was offering a 10% discount if I had service d me a btter price. I asked Mike to meet the monthly rate and he stated he could not. The other dealer was offering a 10% discount if I had service done at their dealership, 15% the 2nd time, 20% the 3rd time and 25% the 4th time. I asked if you would match their offer and you again stated you could not. I am not sure you want me business.. Thanks Tom Daley More
Who ever wrote the previous 2 reviews must be from the dealership. They are non-courteous. Their service sucks. Also they show carrots (Free wiper) and get a bigger bait. I have been dealing with Shakers since 1996. I have both leased and purchsed from the dealership. They treat you like family and that is important. Just recently I was having intermitten problems with my SU leased and purchsed from the dealership. They treat you like family and that is important. Was very disappointed with the sales people at Shaker's The total negotiation time was only 5 mins or even less. Was planning to buy a nearly new (used) Kia Rondo. Howard was very professional and friendly and we enjoyed dealing with him over the phone as we are in New Mexico and he in Connecticut at Shakers. The arrangements with the auto hauler was swift and professional and the vehicle arrived on schedule even during inclement weather. Only one thing that touches on a little negative was the vehicle could have been checked over in little more detail as upon arrival there was gas leaking out of the gas tank and we took the vehicle to a local Chevy dealership who found the cause of the gas leaking was the generator's (with only 480 hours on it) fuel pump had to be replaced. Also a check before delivery would have discovered that the auxiliary battery was dead and stuck badly inside it's compartment (no room to work to try and get the battery out; weeks of applying WD40 and breaking up the battery and getting battery acid in my husband's eyes, face, skin/clothes and battery still has to be further broken up to get it out and cannot reach the battery connections to undo the terminals, but feel most of the acid should have drained out. Also some of the metal snaps that hold the curtains in place were badly rusted with little rust on the curtains around the edges; the curtains needed removing and new buttons put on by a professional. Also the side panels dressing the lower body of the vehicle appear loose and we are trying to contact Roadtrek to see how they can be tightened; don't want them flying off and hitting a car or someone.
