Shaker's Kia

I had called James regarding a car I saw online. I made an appointment to see the car within two hours of my call. When I arrived, the car in which i had expressed an interest, was parked right out front an appointment to see the car within two hours of my call. James walked me through every facet of the car showing me all the nuances that this car offered. We then went for the test drive. I was sold! In less than 24 hours that car was parked in my garage. I have every confidence that I made the right choice and I am certain that James will be available for any questions that I may have in the future. I found the car I was looking for at Shakers Kia. It was in my price range and in great shape. Shakers did a lot of work to it. Called back, Ron called me saying they would replace the whole unit with an aftermarket one. I brought it over to Boomers and they installed a very nice Alpine unit for me. This was very much appreciated as this was only an $8,000 car and they were under no obligation to help me, and Im so grateful they did! More

I went to the dealership to just look at the Kia Sorento and Mike Lombardi was so knowledgeable about the Kia I was interested in. Once I took it out for a test ride I was pretty much sold. I knew i needed a new car but I thought that i had more time. The day my car decided to die on me, i went to Shakers in Watertown. I was greeted at the door by Ron Albert. I have car shopped before and as most do, the walls went up and i was trying to play hard to get. Ron, however, didn't come at me like a valcher and he was very interested in getting to know me and what i want. It didnt take too much interrogation , although i kicked my boyfriend under the desk a couple of a times, before Ron showed me the car that i did end up buying! I fell in love! It had every feature i required and more that i didn't require! I had trouble getting a ride to Shakers Kia the next day to pick up my new car so Ron made plans to pick me up at work and bring me back to the dealership! He went over everything about the car! At first, i wasn't interested in going over every detail of the car, i just wanted to drive it out of there! But... After i did leave and i was on my own, i was so happy that he took the time to show me how to use the new touch screen radio, and he synced my phone to car!! All in all, i had an excellent experience at Shakers! No consumer wants to feel pushed into a purchase, and you won't be at Shakers Kia in Watertown!! More

Went into look at and test drive 2013 Kia Sportage. Went to negotiate price was railroaded by the salesman did not even negotiate price just started doing numbers on list price. Following week went to Richard Chevrolet and was given a great deal on brand new vehicle. More
