If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would, he really helped me get a car I've been driving for a month and love. The dealership does make it a point to sell cars that are in good cosmetic and mechanical condition and agreed to fix the minor repairs that came up during the pre-purchase inspection. Their service department was very quick. My only gripes with the dealership are as so: 1) Advertised pricing does not include dealer fees. These amount to nearly $600 on top of the sticker price, excluding taxes and fees paid to your state DMV. This seems to be an common business practice in Connecticut where this is legal, and they DO disclose fees on a big sign when you enter the dealership, but keep it in mind as part of the "big picture" before traveling a long distance to look at the vehicle. 2) You literally have to be walking away from them to head to another dealership before they will even begin to budge on the price. Overall I'd recommend the dealership and especially Alex G. More
