Was disappointed. After spending $4000 two months ago because of a similar issue (Coolant hoses) and a 'discovered' issue (oil leak). I was in for another cooling issu After spending $4000 two months ago because of a similar issue (Coolant hoses) and a 'discovered' issue (oil leak). I was in for another cooling issue (thermostat) now costing $2000 more. Seemed like there was not a ton of concern for me as customer and just maybe these issues were related. More focused on making the sale before the end of the month. Basically I spent the equivalent of 1/3 of the value of the car in 2 visits less than 3 months apart. To his credit Billy tried to make it better at the end after I said something. I am not an expert but it felt like the place was more focused on sales and not me as a customer. I always bring my car there and now am considering switching dealerships. More

If I’m rating the service center I have to say I was not happy with my overall experience. Five days after I purchased my 2024 GMC Yukon I brought it back because I found a tire that was damaged when I bou happy with my overall experience. The service center decided to replace the tire but had to do both front tires and asked if I was willing to purchase the back two in order to replace all four which we did. The replacement tires were supposed to be the same I had which were Bridgestone Alenza. When I picked the truck up they had replaced the tires with Michelin Defenders. We discussed the error but I could not be without the truck for two days so I accepted the error and the tires. More
