While Brendan was pleasant and friendly, he was not able to answer any of my questions or explain anything about the process or the truck itself. He was consistently walking away for 5-10 minutes at a clip, to answer any of my questions or explain anything about the process or the truck itself. The finance department was 45 minutes late for an appointment that was set to purchase the truck. When presented with the final apr%, it was 4% higher than the previously agreed upon rate, and needed to be fought back down. In closing, the salesman need to be much better educated about the vehicles they're selling and the process behind it. The finance department needs to be more transparent and timely. Dan McCann was the only person that was informative and helpful in the final set up of vehicle before it was driven off the lot. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Scranton's. More

Over charged for basic service. Avoid this dealership if you need service. Had an oil change and tire rotation and balance done. Normally I was charged $180 for this service.
