Without a doubt this has got to be the worst Hyundai service center in New Jersey. I had a Saturday appointment to get a thermostat replaced but was told, after i got there, that the mechanic who does service center in New Jersey. I had a Saturday appointment to get a thermostat replaced but was told, after i got there, that the mechanic who does that type of work doesn't work on Saturdays. So they scheduled me for Wednesday at 8am. Got there at 8am and was told the job would take a couple of hours so i left after dropping the car off. They kept my car there until 3pm without touching it or having the courtesy to give me a update, The job wasnt finished until 5pm - absolutely unacceptable! More
This is the 2nd time I’ve brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in for a check engine light, shaking car and acceleration issues. They can never find the right issue. The first time thy told me it was an ignition in for a check engine light, shaking car and acceleration issues. They can never find the right issue. The first time thy told me it was an ignition problem and a battery issue. A month later, the same issue recurred. They had the car for a week and kept telling me they didn’t find anything. On the last day of having the car, they told me it was an ignition coil. A week later, and I am back with the same issue!!! They don’t do their job and are only looking at computer codes rather than actually finding the problem! Again, I am carless since they failed to fix my car! I was told to contact the customer service manager, Shaquasia Thompson, and she has failed to return any of my emails. So the problem still exists and clearly the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with! They failed to return my phone calls as well. More
A $73 oil change is a rip off. I scheduled an oil change. Went to the dealership day of appointment. Asked for oil change and filtered.
