Brand new car broke down in less than 30 days. I tried to use the roadside assistance and they were unable yo assist. I had to pay to get my own car towed. It took hours for someone to tell me I had to pay for my own tow into sanson automall. I was given a broken loaner first time around. The loner wouldn't go into park! To top it off my registration for my new car was done completely wrong. I use to get two car at a time from these people every three years or less for the past 12 years. Never again. More

I was very disappointed in the overcharged of labor that was done in the amount of time that the car was with them call constantly called to discuss it with a supervisor even with the tech I also left messa was done in the amount of time that the car was with them call constantly called to discuss it with a supervisor even with the tech I also left messages no return calls I feel that they overcharged. For this dealership not to return any calls it lets me know that they are guilty please beware of this dealership in regards to getting maintenance done and labor. I do understand times are hard but to price gouge is horrible and shows no integrity at all More
Without a doubt this has got to be the worst Hyundai service center in New Jersey. I had a Saturday appointment to get a thermostat replaced but was told, after i got there, that the mechanic who does service center in New Jersey. I had a Saturday appointment to get a thermostat replaced but was told, after i got there, that the mechanic who does that type of work doesn't work on Saturdays. So they scheduled me for Wednesday at 8am. Got there at 8am and was told the job would take a couple of hours so i left after dropping the car off. They kept my car there until 3pm without touching it or having the courtesy to give me a update, The job wasnt finished until 5pm - absolutely unacceptable! More
This is the 2nd time I’ve brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in for a check engine light, shaking car and acceleration issues. They can never find the right issue. The first time thy told me it was an ignition in for a check engine light, shaking car and acceleration issues. They can never find the right issue. The first time thy told me it was an ignition problem and a battery issue. A month later, the same issue recurred. They had the car for a week and kept telling me they didn’t find anything. On the last day of having the car, they told me it was an ignition coil. A week later, and I am back with the same issue!!! They don’t do their job and are only looking at computer codes rather than actually finding the problem! Again, I am carless since they failed to fix my car! I was told to contact the customer service manager, Shaquasia Thompson, and she has failed to return any of my emails. So the problem still exists and clearly the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with! They failed to return my phone calls as well. More
