I had a good experience. My car had a warning on my screen and engine would intermittently die or not start at all. I went in for a systems diagnostic at this dealer hoping to find out what the issue was on my vehicle. I had the first morning appointment available on a weekend and it took them a full 6 hours just go come back to me with a diagnosis on my vehicle. And to think I paid 140 dollars for what I thought was supposed to be a quick vehicle diagnosis. Today was the ultimate insult in time management as I went to a scheduled appointment for a recall needed on vehicle. Customer service told me I can come as early as I want and do an early drop off which was beneficial to me because I had to get to work. Upon arrival, I guess you would say it was fortunate that I couldn't find a parking to drop off the car because had I left it there I would most likely be infuriated throughout the day. I was able to see a staff who let my vehicle in the waiting area to process my appointment. The only problem was she said that if it was a "recall" there might a part involved and they might need to order it, and sure enough a part was necessary. Wasted my time again and then I asked, "Why did the representative tell me that initially, when I made the appointment?", and she said there is no way that she knows whether or not a part is needed in any recall. I'm like that is preposterous as there is no way this would be valid in all recall type situations. You mean to tell me that every person who schedules a recall would show up on their appointment only to find out that a part is needed and then they would have to reschedule?!? I can't fathom the amount of time, energy and dollars spent that I have invested in this facility. Do yourself a favor, go to local mechanics. They communicate better, they are good for the economy, and they often times get it right the first time around. More

Lied to me about battery not being covered i called corporate for them to tell me i am, and now being reimbursed through corporate. Horrible place to do business was loyal customer never again, will be corporate for them to tell me i am, and now being reimbursed through corporate.
