This place is a joke and obviously none of the "idle" salespeople need to make a sale as the 2 times I went to look at cars there nobody even asked if I needed any help. The first time I gave them the benefit of doubt as it was a Saturday (but at least 5 salespeople were idle) and there were about 5 customers being helped by other salespeople. Second time was a weekday with only 1 other customer looking at cars and about 5 "idle" salespeople again just walking around and not one asked if I needed help. Both times I was getting in and out of cars in the showroom but nobody asked if I had questions or needed any help. My money will be spent elsewhere as I'm sure the service here is just as bad. More

Completely unprofessional except for a few select people. Car buyers/ repairs, you've been worked. Most work is not even done by them except for simple jobs. Negative 5 star rating! More
This was genuinely an overwhelmingly negative experience. I just purchased a 2021 Elantra n line here. The salesman and sales manager was nice and helpful, he handled the sale of the car to the experience. I just purchased a 2021 Elantra n line here. The salesman and sales manager was nice and helpful, he handled the sale of the car to the best extent however the way in which this place is ran feels very underhanded and sleazy to ensure the dealer gets the long end of the stick. On the flip side the works are just as accountable for the actions that the dealer asks them to do so I have a hard time trusting this scenario overall, it seems like they do not care about the individual costumer they are they are only interested in their final profit margin even if that means playing psychological games trying to buy this car. This process was so fraud of BS. I do not understand how anybody sees it as anything other this. More
This is the third Hyundai I have purchased from Sansone and I live in NY. I was lucky enough to deal with Tom Peoples again. Both Ron and Sean contacted me to make sure I was fully satisfied with the car and the deal. Sean spent time to walk through my questions on some fees days after I had purchased the car. At that point it was a done deal and he did not have to go out of his way to accommodate me. I would recommend working with Ron he did his best by me. I was happy with my experience. More

Secondary opinion from different car garage is "MANDATORY" I use to go regularly for oil change for my car Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2013 bought from Global auto mall. But this dealer is near from my apartment use I use to go regularly for oil change for my car Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2013 bought from Global auto mall. But this dealer is near from my apartment use to visit him on regular basis for service. Below are multiple instances after which I completely stop going there for service : 1. Brakes - router and pad need to change I was called by technician when I was sitting in lounge waiting for my car to be done for oil change. Tech explain me that brakes for all four tires need to be changed immediately and its very "RISKY" to drive without changing them ( they usually scare you on purpose and don t give you anytime to think or research). But thank god I said to myself lets get second opinion and I said I will come back. I went straight after oil change to two places have them brakes inspected and was told that brakes are completely fine no need to change for next 40,000 miles roughly. I saved myself $900 estimate given by dealer. 2. Every time I go for oil change they show one book which shows services recommended usually every 3000 to 6000 miles so regardless you use regular oil or synthetic you will be eligible for different service. So I was being charged for each semi synthetic oil change (65 dollars) plus this recommendation usually 200 to 550 dollars. I skip few time saying will do next time but they will approach you next time for two services saying you missed last time. Finally I stop going there since this is HYUNDAI and actual car resale price is very less. I was putting more and more money into it. I had 45000 miles latest when I stop going to this dealer. Right now I have 95000 no problems and any additional expenses like this dealer use to charge. I strongly suggest people to double check with different garage before doing any maintainance with this dealer. More
