The salesman, Joe Stanzione, pulled the car around for me to see and also asked me what I was looking to spend on the new lease. After minimal back & forth, I ended up paying $34 a month less than my current dealership was offering me on the same vehicle. Needless to say, both my wife and I love the vehicle, which is the best quality and value out there, and I love the price. "I'll be back" to Sansone! More

I need an SUV since I have a little one at home and I’m in College full time Pre Law. I needed a truck that would get me to and from Rutgers Newark and that would always be dependable. I got AWD and I am so happy!!! I have a brand new 2020 Santa Fe! I got all the bells and whistles and loveeee loveeee loveeee it! I will always purchase from the Sansone Auto Mall Family! I have a brand new 2019 Hyundai Elantra Eco not basic model Hi On June 21,2019---I got a brand new Hyundai Elantra Eco 2019 with only 17 miles when I took it home well it been almost 6 months not yet but it bee Hi On June 21,2019---I got a brand new Hyundai Elantra Eco 2019 with only 17 miles when I took it home well it been almost 6 months not yet but it been in services 4 times with appointments and 2 walk in...In August 19, 2019 I notice the air conditioner water was inside the car with both sides of the rug wet as per Luis he said it was spider webs in it so he drained the lil tub and said it should work ok well 2 weeks on September 2,2019 took it back for the same reason with the air conditional water coming into the car and not dropping it outside Luis told me the same that spider webs well I don't know if it got fixed or not just because its cold out side so cant tell if it is or not....After that 4 different occasions took it back because the car was making noise, jerking and they mechanics never found why the noise or the jerking....On December 7,2019 @ 5:35p.m. I was in PNC in the lights of Christmas in the mean time in in line looking @ the beautiful display when my car over heated in the middle of the line meaning lights beeps and the transmission///cooling system problem then during the this pass week the car it started to shake when i'm driving hesitating during my car.....Since yesterday December 18,2019 my car is back in the dealer to get it fix but @ this time I'm sure I really don't want this car no more because I don't feel I trust this car no more since I'm always depending in my car and I really need a car...…..I hope they understand this car is defective since day one More

It was no different for me at Sansone Hyundai I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! We all know that car buying can be a stressful experience. So I bought a used 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Color Orange. My salesman was Ryan Fox. I got there and no one greeted me when I was looking at the car. I went inside and met Ryan Fox. He did not seem very motivated to sell me a car. We took the test drive. I told him I needed to have my mechanic look at the car. We got back and I took it to my mechanic. Everything seemed fine mechanically but there were some issues and Ryan told me they would fix them.This was all on a Saturday. I came back on a Wednesday to take the car and expected these issues to be fixed but they weren’t.I was told I’d have to come back.In my mind these issues should have been fixed before I took the car. I had prefinancing when I came in and told Ryan this but they still ran my credit with other banks. I did not want this because it lowered my credit score. When I went into the financing office the guy they have here is a real piece of work. I don’t remember his name. I walked in and he was very happy. He tried to sell me GAP insurance. I immediately said I don’t want it and he got very defensive with me and said I should call and ask somebody. I said NO again and from there on he was very cold and nasty. When negotiating w/Ryan I told him I DO NOT want window etching but when the finance guy gave me the contact it had window etching on it for $300. I told him that I told Ryan I don’t want it and HE LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE and said they took it off the price of the car. I looked at the price and told him that was the price I agreed too without window etching. He grabbed the contact from me and reprinted it and did not say anything to me. To me this was the height of Unethical professionalism. I also told Ryan I want to transfer my plates from my old car to my new one.He said no problem but again in the finance office this guy had no clue and tried to get me to sign for new plates.Luckily I read everything. This guy told me there would be an additional fee. I said no problem. When we were done before I left that office he nastily said to me "where’s the money”. I gave it to him no problem.Just complete unprofessional service. So I had to come back to get the issues fixed.Ryan said he would order the parts. He gave me the date to come back.I came back and the wrong parts were ordered.They didn’t tell me and I waited 3hrs.They gave me an appointment 3 days later but when I got there they said I had no appointment.So I sat there for 6.5hrs waiting.THATS RIDICULOUS! So I finally got the registration and took it to the dmv to be inspected. IT FAILED! How do you sell a car that’s not ready for inspection?! I called Ryan and he talked to the service manager.I was told b/c the computer was updated due to a recall I needed to drive it 200 miles to clear out everything.To me that’s crap.You don’t sell a car not ready for inspection.So I had to waste my time and gas driving around putting miles on the car.I went back to the dmv and it FAILED AGAIN! So I have to waste more time back at the dealership. They didn’t fix it. I took it to my mechanic and got it fixed. There are some other problems with this car. I’ve contacted Ryan but now he will not answer me. Just completely unprofessional service. All in all this whole experience was horrible and would NEVER RECOMMEND Sansone Hyundai. More

Is it because I didn't buy my car there ? I bought my 2017 Hyundi Sonata Hybrid from a Dealer in Toms River, NJ....I live in Old Bridge, NJ...because of the distance I brought my car in for s I bought my 2017 Hyundi Sonata Hybrid from a Dealer in Toms River, NJ....I live in Old Bridge, NJ...because of the distance I brought my car in for service after a year to Sansone ,the car was great for a year and I only have 11, 300 miles on it. BUT I started to have problems. .From the Moment I arrived, there was a bad attitude from the employees in the Service Dept.. I had three issues to be fixed..the Driver's side Seatbelt wouldn't retract back and would hang down for the door to hit it., the Headlight Highbeam Assist stopped working and the MPG readout on the dash and GPS gave false readings.....at times it read 70 MPG. After waiting a hour and a half I was told they couldn't fix any of my issues...they saw no issue with the seatbelt, they didn't have a way to check the High Beam Assist AND they didn't know why I was getting false readings for the MPG read out ! Is this the great Warranty we have with Hyundi that they couldn't help me ….and I was sent home with no repairs ! My next step will be the Lemon Law if they can't repair mt car ! More
