My experience after being a loyal customer for 3 years was terrible. I arrived early for a my appointment and was told it would take a 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation,. When my car was ret was terrible. I arrived early for a my appointment and was told it would take a 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation,. When my car was returned to me the front passenger seat was completely reclined as if someone was laying down in my car. I was told that my car would need over $2000 in repairs I never received the estimate that day nor was shown it on a screen. 2 days later I received the estimate via email. it was for more than $2600 now. When I realized I was charged for a tire rotation that was to be free due to my having purchased my tires from the dealer ship I was told that they couldn't give me a refund. I would have to comeback another day as the manager wasn't onsite. All signs that used to be in the customer waiting area that listed standard services and prices was no where to be seen. I was charged for using my credit card but there is no sign that indicated there is a fee to use a credit card and in the last year I have used my credit card and have not been charged a surcharge for usage. Hyundai service department they always have an excuse why they can’t finish the job quickly. They’re always saying that they’re understaff. But yet the conversation that I had with Sierra, all their master t they can’t finish the job quickly. They’re always saying that they’re understaff. But yet the conversation that I had with Sierra, all their master technicians are off on Saturdays. if you’re understaffed, wouldn’t you schedule your master mechanics to work on a Saturday? Very poor management. This is why people serviced their own cars. I scheduled a 7 AM appointment. It’s about to be 12 PM. I am still waiting for my oil change. Ridiculous I will make it known ELANTRA N car club not get their car serviced here. More
