My 2020 Hyundai Kona was burning oil so I took it Sansone Hyundai to get it checked out. Needed the oil pan resealed and a combustion chamber cleaning which sadly wasn’t covered by warranty. After getting th Hyundai to get it checked out. Needed the oil pan resealed and a combustion chamber cleaning which sadly wasn’t covered by warranty. After getting that serviced I needed to bring the Kona back after driving 1000 miles to see if it was still burning oil. Sadly it was and required the engine to be replaced. It took a while to get certified preowned vehicles to approve the engine replacement but our service writer, Yohaines Nieves, worked diligently to keep us informed and get it approved. Finally once approved took less than a week to get the engine replaced. Sansone Hyundai never had a loaner car for us which was frustrating for the amount of time it was getting serviced, however, Yohaines was great and I appreciate all she did for us! More
