Gorgeous lobby at San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. New, sleek and modern interior design. The lounge seating was plentiful, had style and the chairs were wonderfully comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, well stocked and also newly updated. The energy between the staff and customers was joyful and pleasant. My husband and I drove for two hours from Calaveras County to purchase the exact Jeep we wanted. We arrived when they opened and was third in line. Our Salesperson, Rick Martinez had the vehicle on site, out front & ready for the test drive. He was friendly, professional and not pushy. The full purchase price was exactly as quoted on the phone in prior conversations. I appreciated his straight forward approach. Walter assisted with an executive decision for a transaction request on our behalf. He too was pleasant, clearly decisive and timely in his response. Outstanding customer service, which included Adrian in his efficient handling of all the paperwork. We had delightful team at the dealership and a great buyer experience. I highly recommended this business. P.S. My husband enjoyed their complimentary coffee claiming it was gourmet of the highest quality. More

Had a good experience at San Leandro Jeep - Rick Martinez got in touch with me right away after I sent in a trade in request. He was attentive and wanted to see how we could work together to get the deal don got in touch with me right away after I sent in a trade in request. He was attentive and wanted to see how we could work together to get the deal done, something I have not experienced at all car dealerships which in other cases have felt like pulling teeth just to try to view the car I'm trying to buy. Rick sent a quick video walk around of the Jeep I was interested in within 30 minutes of my inquiry, and we had set up an appointment for me to come in just a few days later. Between Rick and Carlos, I felt like I was getting about the best deal I could without putting in the effort to sell my used Jeep privately, and I'm very happy so far with my new Rubicon.
