I had several concerns about my new vehicle that the service technician did not have the answers to. After I got home, I noticed that the paint on my car was chipped. Tim Scott was wonderful to work with. He made the process easier than I had anticipated. I was expecting the dealership additions and he did a great job explaining them. It would be nice to have a hard ceiling for price upfront, but that really is not within his control. He had a good rapport with the service department and was able to field all of my used vehicle concerns, with receipts.
