Samantha was awesome in reaching out and explaining things. She makes up for a previous bad experience years ago with the service department. That experience is the reason for 3 stars for Russ Darrow. Perhaps things have changed, but not willing to take the risk. Service is only used when problems must be resolved by a Honda dealership while the car remains under warranty. More
