The process took much longer than quoted and we are now dealing with problems with the car that did not exist before bringing it into the dealership. Our salesman, Timothy, was more preoccupied with taking pictures of a car outside than us. Had to constantly wait for him throughout our visit. Before I left I noticed the middle console only partially att pictures of a car outside than us. Had to constantly wait for him throughout our visit.
