Quick and honest I was a loyal customer of a different dealer (wilde honda in brookfield). I told the sales rep at Russ Darrow about my experience with Wilde and said i would be done with Hondas if that got repeated. They were honest and upfront about my expectations and what they could or couldnt meet. I was originally looking to buy my honda at a time where there were no promos occurring and they immediately said "you can buy it now, but the pricing would not meet your expectations and you can get a way better deal at a later time". I'm so happy they told me that, and they kept in close contact with me and notified me when the deals were perfect to fit my needs.
