I’ve brought my Accords here for many years and Injust brought my 4Runner in for an oil change because the service guys at Heiser were shady. I met Malcom Livene in the waiting area. He stopped to chat and I kind of called him out on doing a service up (I did 10 years in auto sales and was a sales manager as well). Very polite kid, easy to talk to.
