He did a good job of explaining the cars features, and differences between trim levels. The trade negotiation was basically painless, and once the deal was struck the purchase process was very time efficient. Doug made sure to explain each part of the purchase process, along with a full explanation of the cars function, warranty, maintenance, etc. Even introduced me to the service dept. and set up the first maint. visit. Also kudos to the dealership for adding lifetime limited drivetrain coverage to the purchase. Gives extra piece of mind. The salesman in this case drove the tone of the experience. More

Oil change I had a 9:20 am appointment for an oil/filter change and there were 3 cars in line in front of me. I expected a delay.
