Have bought two Supercab F-150s there in the last decade and the first one was excellent--no problems except routine maintenance; the second I still drive. I made an appointment for the recalls on my vehicle to be fixed which is what I was told I needed to do for the Shifter cable bushings and the door latches. I was told if I had the car there before 9:00 am i fixed which is what I was told I needed to do for the Shifter cable bushings and the door latches. I was told if I had the car there before 9:00 am it would be out at 5:00 I had it there before 9:00am. I called at 4:00 for the status because I did not receive a call before that. I had to leave a voicemail. I received a voicemail back saying that they were not able to get to my car and if I needed it back to call back. Of course I need my car that was a ridiculous statement. I called several times received voicemail so I called the main number and no one answered as well. I was told they had a backload of recalls and that was the reason that they could not get to my car that day. I have a baby so it is not very convenient to bring my vehicle in the first place I had to make arrangements to do that, and then to have my vehicle sit there all day and not fixed is inexcusable! If I had received a call earlier in the day I would have understood but the fact that it sat there all day and then I have to call for a status in unacceptable, and rude. I was without my vehicle all day for nothing and I do not appreciate the service that I received at all. I feel like my car did not matter and the vehicles that make money for the dealership will be taken first, recalls they do not make money so therefore my vehicle was not a priority. With everything going on customer service should be above and beyond and the customer service that I received was beyond poor. I will not bring my vehicle back to Rich Ford ever. More
Rich Ford makes it so easy. I've been using Rich Ford's service department for years. You pull up, a friendly attendant comes to you, then they get you an appropriate service advisor to takes care of you t service department for years. They even have a diner with excellent food while you wait, if you're the type who eats on the fly. They are very detailed in their inspections and never judgemental when you have to save for a repair. More

Brought car in to get a rattle/vibration checked out. They said they would take it for a ride, check it out, but when I went to pick it up, I got charged $100 for them to just start it and let it idle an They said they would take it for a ride, check it out, but when I went to pick it up, I got charged $100 for them to just start it and let it idle and not drive it because there was no gas in the car. The rattle started happening after the engine was replaced about a month ago by this same shop. In that $100, you are telling me they don't have access to a gallon of fuel? Lame. I used to take all my vehicles here, will be looking for something closer to me now. More
John Orona, Jr. went out of his way to assist me. I had spoken to him on the phone about what I was looking for and when I arrived he had several cars for me to look at.
