These people are experts at saying sorry, but this does nothing to fix the problems they cause. Incompetence combined with arrogance and attitude is a surefire way to alienate and drive away a customer ba nothing to fix the problems they cause. Today was my third fiasco with the Rich Ford Service department. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment only to be told they could get me in at Three Thirty p.m. When I showed them the appointment that was made, they said I am sorry, you do not have an appointment because you are not listed on the board, as they pointed to the board. When I showed them the text messages they sent me reminding me of today's appointment, that did not seem to matter either. A supervisor walked in and told the service desk to get me to the front of the line, which ended up being a three-hour and twenty-minute Oil Change marathon. These people act as if taking your money to provide lousy service is actually doing you a favor. Steer clear of this pole if you have a Ford. There are too many other places to go that provide good service and actually care about their customers. More

Communication between the sales and finance department has gotten crossed more than one time resulting in having to redo paperwork. We made the purchase long distance and they continue to drag out the paperwork and financing process which is extremely frustrating!! We are three weeks later and the dealership still has yet to payoff my trade in and messed up my paperwork so I now have two car payment in one month which was not expected at all!! You think utilizing their in house financing department would help make the process streamlined but in this case it has been the absolute opposite. If you choose to buy from this dealership consider outside financing and make sure you don’t owe anything on your trade! More

Rich Ford is a remarkably and uniquely terrible dealership! We will NEVER do business with them again! And Rich Ford, if you decide to respond to this post, I will tell you pre-emptively “No, we d dealership! We will NEVER do business with them again! And Rich Ford, if you decide to respond to this post, I will tell you pre-emptively “No, we do not wish to talk to you, since you obviously don’t care about your customers or their time.” We’ve had many run-ins with Rich Ford, but the latest is likely the most illustrative. We bought a used car from Rich Ford in January of 2023. We bought it with cash, no financing required (technical, we wrote a check), and it still took us half a day before we could get out of there as they tried to nickel and dime us for everything imaginable under the sun. Let me repeat: we paid for the car in cash, and it still took us four hours to get out of there. At the time of the sale, they also failed to disclose that the car had been in their shop 3 times in the preceding 3 months, for completely unconnected maintenance issues. Over the next 10 months that we owned the car, it spent approximately 4 of those months at the Rich Ford service department. The issues included check engine lights brough on by random sensor failures, a broken turbo-charger, significant oil leaks, and a transmission that failed suddenly and catastrophically in rush hour traffic. Thankfully we bought the extra warranty period, but every time we brought the car to the service department, we were greeted with the familiar phrase, “since this is a ______ problem, it will be a couple weeks before we can look at it.” Of course _______ applied to every single problem that required maintenance. The car had a LOT of issues, and each trip took multiple weeks to fix. Since this crappy car was so unreliable, we decided to sell it back to Rich Ford (selling it to anybody else seemed immoral). The sale went smoothly (agree on terms, sign the paperwork, etc.), until it was time for them to pay us. The simple act of writing a check took them 1.5 hours. And when we started inquiring as to why it was taking so long, their sales manager (James) was rude and indignant that we were being impatient. All I know is that CarMax has figured this out and pays you really quickly when we sell them our cars (we’ve sold 4 cars to them). Bottom Line: If you are looking to buy a car, go somewhere else. If you are looking to have a car serviced, go somewhere else. If you are looking to sell a car, go someplace else. Rich Ford may be my own personal version of xxxx! More
I am very impressed with Rich Ford service department and dare I say the best that I have used. I would definitely say that my service advisor is top notch. Maria, kept me informed on everything that was going on with the warranty people and the process of getting my transmission replaced. I was afraid that it would take longer than expected. I would like to say that she is the best and I will continue having my vehicle serviced by Rich Ford and hopefully Maria will always be my service advisor. More
If you like to pay dealer markups of over $20,000 on a new sports car, check this place out!!!!
