Excellent dealership. I go in every once in a while (every 3000 miles for my oil change) and have a perfect experience. I recommend the dealership to anyone wanting a Ford or Ford service. I can't say enough nice things about them.<br><br>Buying from them isn't too bad either. I'm going to buy an '06 Mustang from them as soon as they come out and pretty much have everything setup. The sales people (there were several) lied to us several times in our dealings with this company. <br>1. We had a verbal agreement to purchase a used 2003 Ford truck from them at an agreed price. When we called the day we were to pick up the truck, we discovered that it had already been sold. <br><br>2. We went to the dealership to find out exactly what happened. They gave us some story about someone buying it that morning and that it was their mistake. They found a new truck at a dealship in town and we left a deposit on that truck. The day it was to be delivered, we called and found out that it had been sold. When we found another truck in the state that we wanted to buy, they lied again and told us that it did not have the options we wanted. The truck was EXACTLY what we wanted and we bought it for more than $1000 less than Rich Ford was willing to sell it for.<br><br>There is no excuse for treating customers the way we were treated. We were cheated twice and lied to numerous times. The reason why they have such a hard time keeping sales people is that some people actually have morals. I don't think anyone at Rich Ford is so blessed. More
