I had to return to the quick lane 3 times to have my battery tested. Ultimately, I purchased a new battery for $224.95 including installation. I was surprised to be charged $24.74 for "shop charges". It appears that this dealer adds 11% to any service for "shop supplies". This seems like xxxxxxxx - what $25 worth of shop supplies are involved with a battery replacement? If the dealer needs to recoup high overhead costs, raise prices and be honest about it! The dealer may loose customers to other, more competitive shops, but that's how our economic system works. My service advisor, Alec, did a good job. More

I have had nothing but issues with my Expedition Max. I bought it new 2 years ago and from the transmission, electrical and computer and the extended warranties purchased, we have fought with issues and I bought it new 2 years ago and from the transmission, electrical and computer and the extended warranties purchased, we have fought with issues and inability to find rental vehicles. Very disappointed all around. The service department has continually worked with us and I’m forever grateful for their end. After having APIM “reset”multiple times, I arrived and had issues again with screen and connectivity before leaving the parking lot. Tony was able to prepare the order for the new part, after going through Ford’s process prior to replacing, and will hopefully be able to repair soon after 2 years of APIM, GPS, etc. Not working. He will be the reason we choose to come back in the future. More
