All services were great except for the wait time. I had to return to the quick lane 3 times to have my battery tested. Ultimately, I purchased a new battery for $224.95 including installation. This seems like xxxxxxxx - what $25 worth of shop supplies are involved with a battery replacement? If the dealer needs to recoup high overhead costs, raise prices and be honest about it! The dealer may loose customers to other, more competitive shops, but that's how our economic system works. My service advisor, Alec, did a good job. More
